We are proud to be the official parking facility for Kindbody Santa Monica. Our secure and well-maintained parking garage offers 1 hour of free parking for the customers. Conveniently located within the building, our garage ensures a seamless and safe parking experience while you take care of your business.

  • Entry: When you arrive at the garage entrance, the gate will automatically open as your vehicle is registered. 

    Exit: The gate will also open automatically upon exit, as long as you are within the terms of your purchased policy. 

    QR Code: If any amount is displayed on the exit machine, simply scan the QR code for the gate to open. QR code can be found on zero5 user portal permit page and saved to your Apple or Google Wallet

  • The first hour of parking is free. After that, the rate is $5 per hour, with a daily maximum of $40. Rates reset at midnight.

    Additional validations are available through participating retailers. Validation amounts vary, so please check with individual retailers for details.

  • We are a cashless location. You can pay using your credit card. Our smart system automatically registers your entry and automatically calculate your parking fees at the exit, operating on a ticketless system for your ease.
